Job Purpose

Contribute to the treasury forecast and the management of intercompany financing.

Responsible for day-to-day cash management operation:
-Processing and making of payments
-Foreign exchange
-Cash pooling
-Management of all bank accounts (SWIFT connections, KYC, signatorymanagement)
-Provide support to Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and GeneralLedger
-Ensuring a functioning Treasury Management System (new Hitachi SAP Fioritool to be implemented by steps over 18 month project)

Coordinate banking relations on a worldwide basis

Manage intercompany and external financing

Managing direct and indirect cash flow forecast with consolidation andaccounting team

Provide reporting of liquidity position

Responsible for the group's SWIFT connection and main administrator of the Treasury Management System

Analysis of financial result and propose opportunities to optimize theresult

Support the CFO for any new financing such leasing programs and/orimprovement/action plan for TWC initiatives with local and regional financeteams

Prepare loan application/cash pooling request to Hitachi Ltd treasuryteam in Europe and Hitachi Astemo Group Treasury

Knowledge requirements:
-Experience with Treasury Management Systems
-Knowledge of SAP
-Knowledge of SWIFT for Corporates (SWIFTNet, /SWIFT FIN, FileAct)
-Knowledge of payments messaging - ISO 15022 (SWIFT MT) and ISO 20022(XML)

Treasury and Cash Management

  • Coordinate banking relations on a worldwide basis
  • Manage Inter-company and external financing
  • Coordinate security link to payment
Treasury tools and processes

  • Provide support to entities on web banking and bank issues
  • Provide support treasury management system
  • Provide support on Cash pooling
  • Share best practices between entities
Risk Management

  • Contribute to hedge all potential risks (FX, interest rate etc.)
  • Contribute to monitoring bank authorizations and power of attorney
Treasury and cash management

  • Provide short-term liquidity position and intercompany financing process
  • Provide daily reporting of liquidity position
  • Manage security link to payments
Key Professional Competencies

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Finance, Business School or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in treasury management in an international company
