As an Assistant Consulting Manager, you should have Consulting Manager skills with a sharp business mindset. You'll also require good interpersonal skills as you'll often be acting as a liaison between managers, consultant and partners.
Assist the Consulting Manager in planning and implementing strategies to achieve team goals.
Supervise and motivate consultants to perform their best.
Communicate with customers and partners and evaluate their needs.
Research competitor products and use the information to create JP1 solution.
Support pre-sales activities such as product/solution presentation, conducting demo or POC based on customer requirements.
Perform actual implementation pertaining to customer requirements.
Support and cooperate with sales team to providing suitable solution, scope of work and estimation.
Provide maintenance support to existing and new customers after implementation.
Comfortable to conduct trainings, workshops, seminar and webinar for partners and customers.
Responsible for ASEAN region (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, India and Myanmar)
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
At least 3 years of experience in assistant consulting manager or similar position.
Hands-on experience in one of the System Management application such as Control-M, Tivoli, Automic or Active Batch is mandatory.
[Optional] Experience of IT Service Management or helpdesk area such as ServiceNow, Manage Engine, etc. would be good to have for future possible projects
Knowledge of overall IT infrastructure and systems such as Server, Storage, Network and Security is required.
Good leadership with excellent organizational abilities.
Willing to travel to South East Asia region when necessary.

It is an industry-leading suite of System Management software.
The representative solutions (and its product name) are integrated management (JP1/IM), workload automation (JP1/AJS3), desktop management (JP1/ITDM2) and infrastructure monitoring (JP1/PFM, JP1/NNMi).
JP1 solution is also collaborating with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
