As a Hitachi JP1 Consultant, you will be covering pre-sales, implementation, support and training.
Perform JP1 consultant role mainly for Singapore, but also for Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan and India.
Collaborate and Cooperate with JP1 consultant teams in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
Support pre-sales activities such as product/solution presentation, conducting demo or POC based on customer requirements.
Perform product/solution evaluation and actual implementation pertaining to customer requirements.
Support and cooperate with sales team to providing suitable solution, scope of work and estimation.
Provide maintenance support to existing and new customers after implementation.
Comfortable to conduct trainings, workshops, seminar and webinar for partners and customers.
Carry out any other reasonable task requested by management.
Min. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, implementation and support of software solutions.
Hands-on experience in one of the System Management application such as BMC Control-M, IBM Tivoli or JP1 etc is mandatory.
Experience of IT Service Management or help desk area such as ServiceNow, Manage Engine, etc is advantageous.
Knowledge of overall IT infrastructure and systems such as Server, Storage, Network and Security is required.
Strong troubleshooting skills in system and network.
Good knowledge in Windows and Linux operating system, as well as DOS command, Shell script, SQL and/or relational database.
Good communication and presentation skills
Willing to travel to South East Asia region when necessary.
