Finalize Process documents
Broad knowledge of ITIL services
ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 standard and QMS process, training on Internal Quality trainings and conduct cross internal audits once in a Quarter effective from July-Aug ..
Experience in driving organization change management
Understanding of processes
Content, intranet/ sharepoint building for quality systems will be added advantage
