In this role, you will provide advice and support to Hitachi Vantara Sales and Finance organizations, while
translating complex commercial, accounting and revenue recognition issues during contract/deal negotiations
to ensure deals are structured in accordance with Hitachi Vantara Revenue Recognition policies and IFRS15
and IFRS16 standards to maximize revenue and profits.
To support APAC business, you will develop and manage APAC Revenue Performance associates to maintain
and apply revenue and accounting standards from Hitachi Vantara Policy and IFRS15 and 16 accounting rules.
Business training will extend to cross functional teams including Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Services,
Finance, Treasury and Tax. Your group is responsible for ensuring revenue transactions are reviewed,
documented, and accounted for correctly.
You will have opportunities to collaborate with Global Revenue Performance colleagues to achieve consistent
best practices and judgement. Your role in the organization will be to influence, drive and implement changes
in all areas of revenue recognition.
What you bring to the team Ability to work well with and influence various levels and functions within Hitachi
Industry knowledge and applicable experience in IFRS15 and IFRS16
People management experience for at least 3 years
Adept at using cloud-based applications common in the industry.
Professional degree such as BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent are desired and at least 10 years' experience in an industry-related
