Summary of the position:
The HR Business Partner performs duties at the professional level in the following functional areas: employee relations, employee communication, onboarding, benefits management, performance management, policy implementation, employee communications, retention strategies, training and employment law compliance and staffing selection. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization while balancing employee goodwill and business needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
