Responsibilities

• Developing test scenarios/test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT) production validation and regression testing
• Performing test execution independently and by shadowing users while in the UAT cycle
• Performing regression testing of existing functionality
• Offering input to web development on findings in UAT and PROD environment when off release or between test cycles in a systematic and descriptive manner
• Providing status reporting to leadership and explain findings
• Author policies and procedures as required
• Perform cross browser and cross platform testing
• Analyze, recommend, and scale testing processes and tooling
• Identify and analyze bug metrics for teams you support
• Test all aspects of a website, web assets, metadata, code and web applications

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with web and mobile software testing, including writing test plan documentation
• Familiar with scrum in Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of QA
• Experience with manual and automated software testing approaches
• Experience in Selenium as the primary QA automation tool. Experience in other tools such as TestComplete, Katalon Studio or UFT One
• Proficient with issue logging and test management applications
• Comfortable with smoke testing, exploratory testing, regression testing
• Solid understanding of the ins and outs of web application infrastructure
• Experience in Scripting
• Strong collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
• A track record of working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with WorkFront is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields
