About The Opportunity

With strong growth in our parts department, our Corporate Support group based in Greystanes has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of a Parts Administrator. This position will see you providing end to end administrative support services as an integral member of our parts team.

This role will be best suited to someone who enjoys being an organiser and providing customer service from an operational standpoint. In this position, you will maintain and improve the supply of quality parts to our much loved customer base whilst also liaising with internal stakeholders to coordinate high level OEM service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience & Skillset - Demonstrated knowledge and previous experience in a similar parts, administrative or coordinator role
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the Construction and Mining industry would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
  • Computer Literacy: Accurate Data management with confident Microsoft skills with Intermediate Excels skills will be highly regarded.
  • Safety Conscious - A strong, developed awareness and commitment to personal and peer health and safety.
  • Analytical thinking - A keen eye for detail and ability to navigate any issues in supply and demand
  • Autonomous productivity - A self-driven Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
