The Global Total Rewards team is a Centre of Expertise within the Human Resources Function, designing, managing and driving Hitachi Vantara's compensation and benefits programs globally. We collaborate with the other HR functions to make Hitachi Vantara a great place to work, and work with our partners in Total Rewards Hitachi Ltd to make the most of being part of One Hitachi.What you'll be doing
Operating as part of a Global Total Rewards, you will be responsible for supporting the Total Rewards Team with the delivery of ongoing Compensation and Benefits work and ad-hoc project work.
Your activities will include compensation-specific tasks, such as the setting of salary grades and ranges, participation in salary surveys, compensation review planning and implementation, bonus plans and ELTI modelling and program management, the monitoring off cycle increases etc. Your work may involve as well some benefits-specific tasks (such as benefits harmonization, open enrolment, etc.).
Your projects will also include the implementation of Workday.What you bring to the team
- An expertise in reporting, data analytics and communicating Total Rewards to the broader Human Resources team and ultimately employees, managers and senior executives.
- High level of expertise with Excel and PowerPoint, ideally with a good understanding of the responsibilities of working in Human Resources and ideally Total Rewards.
- Strong English language skills. Hitachi Vantara's HR function and Total Rewards team operate on a Global basis, you will need to work with colleagues internationally.
