The outbound Product Manager Hybrid Cloud - who is an individual contributor responsible to scaling and brining new business acquisition globally. You will be supported by a talented team comprising a technical and business acumen.
The role involves scaling our cloud offerings by through our existing install base and identifying new logos/markets. We are flexible on location and will be driven by identifying the right candidate.Responsibilities
Technical and business understanding of cloud solutions with a deep understanding of the business, operational and technical challenges faced by our clients in adopting cloud solutions or build cloud-native software. Engage with customers about difficult and technical product questions.
Lead product advisory council meetings with top strategic customers and facilitate customer-facing product presentations, events and conferences.
Evolve our customer data to proactively identify customer trends and Identify new opportunities to engage with customers at scale.
Provide direct feedback to inbound and outbound teams on product functionality to help craft product roadmap and help solve tactical challenges for inbound PMs, development teams, sellers, marketing, and delivery teams.
Work on early-stage products and drive adoption with a personal touch for early customers while acting as an advisor to accelerate the customer's adoption journey of products.
Understand customer's use case and business objectives to develop and recommend adoption roadmaps.
Proactively identify customers in poor health and work with account teams to bring those customers to good overall health.
Influence multiple organizational teams (Sales, Engineering, UX, Marketing - Support) to champion product adoption and development.
Work with sales, implementation, marketing, and support teams to identify ways to make our value-added services better. Qualifications
Sales and GTM experience with SaaS and Cloud products.
Strong understanding of cloud usage in enterprise environments for hosting and application development.
Understanding of DevOps and IaaS - PaaS for modernized cloud-native and on-premises infrastructure.
Experienced in working in Agile/DevOps environment with CI/CD and application lifecycle management.
Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes, etc.
