This sourcing professional will be responsible for the strategic sourcing of services and goods for the Facilities, Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance categories in the AMER region with the potential to support global projects, with the objective of maximizing savings and reducing risk for the organization.
Activities such as: Spend analysis of your categories of responsibility in order to identify cost savings opportunities; presentation of these opportunities; development of partnerships with key stakeholders, executing of various sourcing strategies (RFQ, RFP, RFI), and negotiation and execution of contracts with suppliers and service providers will be part of your day.What you bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Business, Economics or Finance are preferred, not required).
- Strong business acumen, including good strategy, financial and operational skills.
- 2 - 5 years' experience in Indirect Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
- Understanding of basic procurement law with correlating ability to author/negotiate/oversee master supply agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, change requests, amendments.
- Demonstrated track record of leading the sourcing process (RFQ, RFPs, RFIs), working with stakeholders across businesses and geographies, and executing costs savings.
- Portuguese, Spanish, and English
