Program Project Management Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

The Role

Working as part of the Transformation Team, you will oversee and orchestrate projects across GBS HR. The work will include end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements analysis.

In this critical position you will partner closely with the HR Transformation Lead to help ensure stakeholders are kept informed through regular reporting and the proactive management of potential risks or delays to workstreams.

This role will be based from Hitachi’s office in Krakow and will work with colleagues globally – we have a One Team approach.


We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision.  Some of the skills and experience we look for includes:

  • Strong project management capability coupled with experience of working with HR systems and processes including familiarity with Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Management & Acquisition.  Experience of Workday HR & Recruiting will be advantageous.
  • PMO experience and / or a history of successfully being part of a project management team, having personally managed components of a project. 
  • Experience gained working in a global organization is desirable, as is a Project Management qualification
  • First class communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • A data led approach with strong analytical ability
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills combined with a proactive, approach and problem solving led approach
