Change Management & Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

The Role

As we set up GBS, successful change management is vital, and the Change Management & Communications Specialist has an important role to play.  From helping to shape the overall change journey, including the change vision and readiness strategy, to using evidence-based change methodologies to ensure leadership alignment and business readiness you’ll enjoy a varied and challenging role. 

There will be the opportunity to own end-to-end change journey across multiple transformation projects including conducting stakeholder analysis, designing, and implementing change plans and designing associated communication and training schedules. 

This role will be based from Hitachi’s office in Krakow and will work with colleagues globally – we have a One Team approach.


We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision.  Some of the skills and experience we look for includes:

  • Change management experience, having been part of team delivering complex change programs across multiple geographies

  • Knowledge of shared services transformation and change is advantageous

  • Awareness of project management tools and techniques

  • A background of supporting the implementation of core change management activities

  • First class communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders

  • A data led approach with strong analytical ability

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills combined with a proactive, approach and problem solving led approach
