Our NBSS Support team are a small, specialist EMEA team that provide technical and functional Application Management Support on a critical Cancer Screening Programme for our NHS customers across the UK.What you'll be doing
You'll be working as the linchpin between our customers teams and our internal support desk and 2nd/3rd line teams. Primarily taking ownership of Service Delivery (ITIL) and the management of small to medium sized projects. Overseeing the meeting of SLA's, adherence to contractual obligations and management of associated risk/financial controls.What you bring to the team
- Proven experience of leading and managing Service Delivery teams, specifically Application Support and Development
- Strong planning and organisation, flexible and adaptable to meet the demanding needs of the role.
- Proven history of Liaison with 3rd Parties and stakeholder management
- ITIL Foundation Certified (min) or ITIL Manager Certified or Practitioner Level
- Proven experience of managing/controlling the following ITIL Service Management Disciplines: Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Change, CSI (Continuous Service Improvement), Service Level Agreement - Release Management
