Meet our Team

The Renewals Quoting Team is described as the first part in the Renewals Business - we are responsible for configuring, pricing, and putting together a renewal offer in the Salesforce. We are using our knowledge and analiticall tool-set to identify the renewal opportunities eligible for quoting. Team members are also working closely with the Renewal Sales team, the Renewal Operations team, to respond to requests for pricing from the Global Field Sales organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the Renewal Opportunity to Renewal Quote process in Salesforce for enterprise customers
  • Utilize reporting tools (like Power BI) to proactively identify renewal opportunities for assigned accounts
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders, like Renewal Sales and Account Managers, to successfully respond to the Renewals Business needs
  • Leverage Salesforce reporting and Microsoft Excel tools to perform an account reconciliation prior to quoting - including an audit/comparison of contract, install base, and sales order data
  • Prepare renewal quotations per current pricing and discounting policies
  • Share best practices and independently pilot projects to improve the Renewals Business

What you bring to the team
  • Strong proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Fluent in English (any additional language will be of advantage)
  • Detail oriented - with the ability to deep dive into data to ensure accuracy
  • Desire to continuously improve processes
  • Background experience in either pre-sales or post-sales supporting environment is not required, but recommended
