An exciting new opportunity has been created for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support and enhance the recruitment function, to meet the current and future needs of Hitachi Construction Machinery business. Based in Pemulwuy, this role will have you working closely with hiring managers across our branch network in Australia focused on sourcing the right talent for our open vacancies.
Striving towards achieving a best practice model, you will be equipped with the latest technologies, media channels and systems to help you excel in your role.
Reporting to the HCMO Recruitment Manager, main duties include:
We are looking for a customer focused, self-driven person who has a genuine passion in delivering service excellence. You will have previously worked in a fast paced agency environment or a dynamic internal recruitment team and looking to further your experience.
Often faced with multiple projects running concurrently with multiple deadlines, a personal drive towards sharing our core goal of Total Customer Satisfaction is paramount. High levels of service and attention to detail are a must and a desire to ensure the ongoing success of the recruitment team is most important.
Exposure recruiting for skilled blue collar/trades positions and/or experience in a high volume permanent or temporary/labour hire environment would be beneficial.
