Must Have Skills and qualifications
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the role of SAP MM Functional consultant
• Should have good communication skills and should have good client facing experience.
• Should have experience in at least 3 End-to-End Implementations of SAP with atleast 1 end to end implementations in S/4 HANA
• Should have good business processes knowledge in Procurement Process, Inventory - Material Management.
• Should possess integration knowledge of MM with other modules SAP S/4 HANA like FI, CO, WM, PP, QM etc
• Should have end-to-end Implementation experience in different domains like Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, Food and Beverage or any other Industries.
• Should have general understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) concepts and Business Processes
• Should have an understanding and awareness of standard implementation methodologies.
• Should have good understanding of SAP best practices
• Should have experience in conducting user requirements gathering workshops following SAP best practices, preparing blueprint and functional design specification documents.
• Good undestanding of standard Fiori apps
• Should have experience in data migration and post migration reconciliation activities.
• Should be an expert in creating project documentation, Training material and Test Scipts
• Should have experience in conducting Key user training, preparing data/exercises for hands on training and devise training assessment tests for evaluation after training.
• Should be well versed with various types of testing like Unit Testing, System Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, Operational readiness Testing etc.
• Must be proficient in handling Issues, support functions.
• Should be able to multitask and support in Presales activities like conducting discovery sessions with prospective clients, conduct demos and estimate efforts.
• Should have excellent Time Management, Problem Solving and Analytical Skills

Good to Have Skills and qualifications
• SAP Certified Implementation Consultant would be an advantage
• Regional experience in APAC and SAP Template build and rollout experience would be advantageous
• Functional / Business know how and experience would be an advantage. Good Functional knowledge of Logistics Processes is needed.

Roles - Responsibilities
• To advise customers in the implementation of complex Business processes in Procurement, Inventory - Material Management.
• Analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of SAP / IT solutions.
• Be able to function as a team lead and manage a sub-project
• Mapping Client's business processes to SAP's best practices/processes
• Prepare functional specification documents for customizations like reports, Interfaces, Forms, Workflows, Conversions, Extensions.
• Work closely with offshore development team during development and unit testing of customizations
• Coordinating with other module leads ad 3rd party system leads which are integrated to SAP.
• Configuration, Prepare Test scenarios and scripts with test data, Conduct Functional Unit Testing, SIT and documentation of test results.
• Conduct Key User Training, Hands-on training, Training assessment.
• Work closely with client and support users during UAT, Data migration, Cutover and Golive activities as well as during the Post Go-live / Hypercare period.
• Proactively discuss with critical issues with client and propose solution according to business design.
• Support in Presales activities like conducting discovery sessions with prospective clients, conduct demos, solution design, proof of concept and estimate efforts.
