The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a motivated National Sales Manager of Equipment. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales you will be responsible for managing the daily sales activity for Equipment nationwide including planning, leading and controlling sales specialist teams in order to achieve business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategies to achieve maximum growth from existing and new customers
  • Implementing strategic plans and objectives to grow the company's market share and enhance brand awareness
  • Identifying and driving new business development opportunities
  • Retention of existing customers

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with high personal standards and integrity. You will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service which will enable you to consistently follow through on promises and exceed the expectations of our valued customers. You will also have:

  • A proven history in successful sales and sales management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building excellent relationships
  • Sound commercial acumen and a high level of professionalism
  • Light and Heavy Vehicle Industry Knowledge - Will be considered an advantage
  • Quarry and Construction Machinery - Will be considered an advantage
  • Engineering Products - Will be considered an advantage
