Corporate Communication Strategy
Establish and implement Hitachi's Global Corporate Communications Strategy having close communications with some of the group companies as well as Regional Headquarters (RHQs).
Corporate communications include Public Relations, Digital Communications, Events and Internal Communications.
Facilitation of global team's communication nd collaboration
Set and facilitate regular meetings with group companies and RHQs to share each other's communication plans, to update the progress of major initiatives and to explore new collaboration opportunities in various communications activities.
Global Diversity and Inclusion Communication Strategy and D&I initiative management
In close coordination with the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDIO), support the drafting of the strategic plan through conducting research, gathering data, and other related activities in partnership with Corporate Communications, Marketing, HR and Talent Management to highlight our commitment to engage, inspire and empower our talent, clients and communities.
Ability to contribute, enhance and optimize Hitachi Global Communications team operation.
Be able to work as a liaison for RHQs and major group companies.
Ability to actively facilitate the communication and discussion among global members to set up more opportunities to collaborate.
Analyze global D&I situation and establish D&I communication strategy.
Ability to lead D&I communications initiatives globally
