Good knowledge of the Dynamics CRM 365 with hands-on experience from configuring the product, including workflows, Business Rules and Process Flows
Analyse client requirements and design the solution to best meet clients’ requirements and objectives.
Perform project scoping and Gap-Fit analysis
Configure Dynamics CRM Systems according to the customer requirements and do internal testing based on customers' scenarios.
Able to do demo / POC independently.
Perform customization estimates and coordinate with Technical team to complete the customizations
Conduct workshop, provide training and perform SIT & UAT which includes writing test scenarios and test cases.
Strong in project management especially in managing timeline, budget, scope, deliverables and change requests.
Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in MS D365 CRM experience preferred
Strong in project management
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong in customer engagement and vendor management
