What You will Be Doing

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Product development leader with Asset Management Expertise for its Energy Industry Practice in North America. Accountable for the long-term profitable growth and positioning of Asset Performance Management solutions in conjunction with Data Management and IIoT offerings to targeted market segments.

Supports AM Product Management in developing detailed user stories and test cases based on Epic level product priorities.

Guides and mentors business analysts, UX designers, QA and development engineers by providing technical and functional guidance on requirements, design and processes.

Ensures that delivery of our solutions is of high quality and meets customer needs.

Ensure adherence to product design, coding standard, quality and release guidelines.

Contribute to finalizing product release plan and ensure timely delivery of product modules.

Translate project-specific needs into a cloud-based SaaS APM offering that will suit customer project needs in terms of functional requirements, resource usage and scalability.

Offer training and guidance to sales and delivery teams in deployment of APM solutions

Keeping on top of market trends and competitor's APM solution and recommend product features and enhancements.

Presents APM solutions effectively to customers during sales and delivery stages.

What You Bring to The Team

In-depth understanding of Asset management standards, technologies and products.

In-depth understanding of supporting technologies around Asset management such as Analytics, GIS, Computer vision, AI and ML, IoT, Data management pipelines, Data warehousing, Data Lakes, Self Service Reporting.

Product development and architecture experience.

Good understanding of current market segmentation of AM and related product/system/services.

Good understanding of Master Data Management, Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouse and Data Lakes and their usage to solve real life customer problems.

Good understanding of Asset Lifecycle, Assets, Asset Systems, Asset components, Asset Service Levels. Asset Degradation, Asset Reliability, Asset intervention prioritization.

Good understanding of streaming data analytics, anomaly detection and predictive maintenance of Assets.

Good understanding of reliability centered maintenance and maintenance prioritization based on consequence and risk of failure.

Master's Degree and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Vantara in North America.

Strong collaboration skills working in a team environment.

Strong presentation skills
