The Opportunity

HCA Melbourne has exciting opportunities for experienced and motivated sales professionals to join the team in the position of Customer Support Representatives covering the Eastern or Western Region working out of our Dandenong or Somerton Branches. The role is the critical link between the customer and HCA to ensure an optimized customer experience is achieved. You are responsible to deliver a high level of customer support to all customers in the territory by acting as the focal point for their Parts and Service requirements via a suite of Solutions to improve their fleet running costs, improve productivity and extend the service life of their equipment.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • The delivery of Hitachi value propositions
  • Promoting and generating service and parts sales streams for the assigned territory.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities/prospects.
  • Efficiently liaise with current and potential customers for the purpose of delivering tangible benefits.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have reasonably strong mechanical and technical background in Construction Equipment.
  • Have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate sound experience in identifying marketing opportunities.
  • Have a genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction.
  • Be highly motivated and ambitious to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Be confident, courteous and professional.
  • Be Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with a current driver's license.
