The Opportunity

In this challenging yet rewarding role you will provide support to the wider marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all marketing, branding, events, campaigns, and projects. You will use your communication skills to write articles for internal and external publications, social media posts, copy writing for our website and supporting the wider team with communications overall.

You'll have a great eye for detail, thrive on working under pressure and consistently deliver on deadlines.

You will also:

  • Support delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Assist with social media content and activity
  • Proactively source and write collateral for internal and external communications
  • Coordinate updates on the company websites and review content
  • CRM management
  • Assist in the development of marketing content (brochures, eDM's landing pages etc)
  • Support in the coordination of advertising placements
  • Assist with event planning
  • Obtaining quotes from media agencies and printing companies
  • Conduct market research and present findings

To be successful in this role you'll also bring:

  • Degree qualification specialising in marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Ability to prepare accurate written communications
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent skill in using Microsoft Office Suite of packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Great organisational skills with the ability to run multiple projects and manage time effectively
  • Experience in working within a corporate organisation on multiple brands is advantageous but not essential
  • Experience in Click Dimensions, Oktopost, and Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) would be advantageous but not essential
