Responsibilities- Work with internal and external customers to ensure they are utilizing the product and platform successfully
- Work closely with customers to provide level 3 systems support, supporting project initiatives in continuous service improvement, the performance of system administration tasks, and system maintenance activities
- Install and upgrade infrastructure and application platform as required for internal and external customers
- Work closely with development teams to provide system engineering support, solve system problems, and ensure production readiness
- Ensure service level standards by responding to and escalating production issues
- Be a customer advocate by communicating customer requests to product management and development teams
- Create internal tooling to improve the support experience
- Assist with infrastructure planning and implementation
Qualifications - 3+ years in a Customer Success or Support role
- 3+ years cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- 3+ years experience working with Linux and command line utilities
- 2+ years experience working with container technologies like Docker
- 1+ years experience working with Kubernetes
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
Desired skills- AWS/Azure/GCP
- Cloud networking
- Basic Linux administration and shell scripting
- Ability to read and understand Terraform
- Docker and Kubernetes administration
- MySQL or other SQL
