Six (6) month minimum assignment that may be extended. Will receive payroll through a 3rd party employment agency.

Core hours: 8 AM -5 PM but can flex depending on candidate to 7 AM -4 PM or similar.

  • Ensure the timely maintenance of all office building operations and systems, including coordination of maintenance work.
  • Facilitate and oversee daily emergency repairs and maintenance as needed; report to GA manager.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed (i.e., changing light bulbs, cleaning coffee brewers, etc.)
  • Coordinate the work of outside contractors at the property to ensure compliance with contractual agreements, codes, and safety considerations.
  • Oversee/coordinate day to day janitorial services day porters and onsite security officers.
  • ·       Minimum of 2+ years facility support experience

  • Ability to go travel between two company locations (2 mile distance, round trip); personal vehicle required. (Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
  • Some safety support responsibilities:  EHS experience preferred to include familiarity with safety inspections and safe working procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
