Global Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing services around level 1 tickets or requests, maintaining client satisfaction through interaction, and providing coverage and support for client and contract requirements.

What you'll be doing
  • Actioning tickets and requests from clients
  • Answering client phone calls
  • Managing client knowledge bases
  • Actioning Hitachi Vantara tickets
  • Satisfying client coverage requirements
  • Monitoring client alerts
  • Interfacing with clients and their user base
  • CSI of client infrastructure, processes and systems



What you bring to the team
  • 5+ years experience
  • Active experience resolving 250+ tickets across tier 1-4 scenarios
  • Remote image management
  • Networking infrastructure
  • Windows server admin
  • Scripting skillsets in powershell, linux
  • Active Directory Management
  • Hardware/software configuration/installation
  • VOIP
