What you’ll be doing
The Transformation Team’s Employee Experience – Org & Process Lead will own Employee Experience for GBS HR services and the broader enterprise. This is going to be a crucial role with responsibility for ensuring that projects are delivered with employee experience in mind.
You’ll enjoy responsibility for ensuring that process, organization and system designs are delivered with an employee centric lens applied so this role will require strong partnership with colleagues across the HR team. The Employee Experience Vision will be created, owned and developed by you – think of yourself as the Employee Evangelist. It will be important for you to bring in external best practice with a pragmatic, solution orientated approach.
This role will be based from Hitachi’s office in Bangalore and will work with colleagues globally – we have a One Team approach.
What you bring to the team
We’re looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision. Some of the skills and experience we look for includes:
Demonstrable experience of designing, reviewing and implementing processes centered on Employee Experience – this could include reporting structure, roles, staffing model, and processes, to enable transformation
An ability to coach Global Process Owners and other GBS Leaders on Employee Experience and the value for the enterprise
A track record of using creative research and human-centered design methods (e.g., empathy maps) to understand employee experience needs and opportunities
Knowledge of best practice and external benchmarks
First class communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage and influence stakeholders
Excellent organizational and planning skills combined with a proactive, approach and problem solving led approach
