What you'll be doing
  • Partner with Business Unit and/or Account leadership to:

o Fill open client requirements with available, best-fit resources;
o Facilitate Practice or Account team staffing calls; coordinate materials
o Proactively track and understand current - future open needs
o Play key role in helping manage or drive utilization - Scheduled Work
  • Work closely with our employees to understand and assist in their individual career growth - development, as it relates to the company's staffing process
  • Build successful working relationships with global resourcing counterparts
  • Serve as liaison with various internal stakeholders connected to the resourcing process, including Recruiting, Scheduling and Subcontracting
  • Help the business maximize its productivity by tracking and managing non-billable resource hours (i.e. bench time).
  • Monitor - track resource availability - utilization; assist in monthly forecasting

What you bring to the team
  • 4-5 years of experience in staffing and/or Resource Management required
  • Understanding of consultant/client relationships - direct experience in a professional services industry required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Strong customer service and client facing skills
  • Comfortable working in deadline-driven situations where there are multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work successfully in highly interactive and collaborative situations
  • A strong aptitude for creating - maintaining a positive team-oriented work environment
