The Role

The candidate is required to manage:

Import Shipments for Product/ Spares/ RMA
  1. Updating and monitoring closely on all import shipments into ADC Singapore, any delay to ensure they are communicated to the stakeholders
  2. Following up and coordinating with our Forwarders on import permit declaration, custom clearance and delivery into ADC Singapore
  3. Ensuring 100% accuracy in all import shipments permits declared by our Forwarders
  4. Ensuring all permits are declared within 7 days from shipment arrival date
  5. Attending Quarterly Business Review with our Forwarders
  6. Verification of Import Freight Bills

Scheduling of Product orders
  1. Process, Book, Release and Schedule the orders thru Oracle WMS system
  2. Monitoring all orders closely, collaborating with other stakeholders, ensuring that the orders are packaged by due date so that orders can be load truck and release to the Forwarders
  3. Working with Supply Planning on supplies

Scheduling of Spares orders
  1. Supporting our Depots/ Spares Strategic Locations/ Partners with spares by means of creating and processing the orders to replenish them timely
  2. Understand the destination import regulations, if any
  3. Handling Spares defective returns from fields back to ADC
  4. Release repair orders to pick the defective parts from ADC to Factory
  5. Scrap

Others
  1. Attending Monthly Scheduling Meeting
  2. Monthly Statistics Reporting
  3. Any other business

The candidate must be open for job rotation and prepared to support the team in other areas such as processing and scheduling of customers orders and managing spares repair cycle
