Job Title Senior Marketing Manager ANZ
Reporting To Senior Marketing Director, APAC

Job Purpose
• Working closely with APAC Marketing Team and Country sales leadership, define and implement the local marketing strategy to suport Enterpise business growth based on global GTM and local business strategy to achieve marketing team KPIs as determined by APAC Senior Marketing Director
• Develop and manage yearly and quarterly marketing plans and associated budgets based on the defined Country strategic priorities
• Be responsbile for driving the demand and lead generation program initivaites in collboration with Country Senior Leadership Team to support Enterprise Account business growth objectives
• Effectively communicate the Country strategy and vision to support objectives at both Country, APAC and global level as required
• Support global strategy through effective and timely delivery of solution and product launches at Country level
• Collaborate with team members to support non-demand generation activities that support Country market presence and objectives through PR, social media and customer advocacy
• Maximise the value and ROI on all marketing spend

Execution responsibilities
• Develop and execute effective B2B marketing activities as part of the Country integreted marketing strategy (digital, online and face to face)
• Measure and report ROI on all activity to ensure KPIs are met for the team
• Liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders: ANZ and APAC marketing teams, ANZ Sales organisation, ANZ Senior Leadership team, Channel - Alliance partners, Agencies and others
• Support utilisation of Alliance Partner MDF and enable appropriate spend of MDF on marketing initiatives in line with policy and guidelines to drive returns and support Country channel objectives
• Manage all ANZ Enterpise marketing budgets, including reporting and adhering to audit and process management
• Manage the ANZ marketing procurement process with the support of marketing operations team

Profile
• Significant B2B Marketing experience across all marketing channels
• Understanding of integrated marketing, B2B sales cycles and Channel ecosystem
• Proven successful marketing plan development and implementation skills are essential
• Ability to develop and articulate strategy, able to drive translation of strategy into successful tactics and execution
• Strong negotiation skills and effective budget management capability
• Strong project management skills with ability to recognise, adapt and respond to changing market and business environments
• Ability to thrive with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, adaptability, initiative and execution
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with, and positively influence a wide range of mulitfunctional colleagues at Country, APAC and Global level
• Ability to travel interstate as required
