Job Description


The Procurement Coordinator will perform the day-to-day purchasing process, including subcontractor contract administration and onboarding. They will be coordinating among multiple departments and suppliers to assist in purchase requests and to confirm the receipt of goods and services for payment. As part of subcontractor procurement, they will also be facilitating contract execution and resource onboarding to complete supplier setup.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

General Procurement
  • Review purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy, appropriate system coding, and compliance to company policy and procedures
  • Issue purchase orders based on purchase requisitions and verify receipt with a goods received note
  • Perform 3-way matching for the purchase order, goods received note, and the invoice, resolving any discrepancies
  • Screen new suppliers to verify validity and compliance to policy
  • Maintain relationship with US suppliers and vendors
  • Work with AP accountant to ensure supplier payments
  • Administer purchasing cards, including spot buying as necessary, card issuance and cancellation, and dispute queries

Subcontractor Contract Administration and Onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal parties, suppliers, and legal on contract execution
  • Prepare and verify supplier setup and internal system access
  • Onboard subcontractors by communicating timesheet/expense report entry requirements and invoicing guidelines

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, permanent

WORKING SCHEDULE: 10 PM to 7 AM Manila Time (Night Shift)

WORK LOCATION: Full-time work from home (until further notice). Office address is at BGC, Taguig City


Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 year of procurement or accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of basic purchasing and contracting concepts, and legal terms
  • Proficient with standard office applications i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience with ERP systems or accounting software

  • Attention to detail and accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Able to track multiple requests simultaneously and manage multiple deadlines
  • Effective communicator with good oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with and coordinate among multiple stakeholders/departments
