The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with extraordinary customer service skills to join our National Support Centre. This role will involve responding to a high volume of inbound customer orders, mainly via email, web portals and phone. This position is fundamental in providing excellent customer service while at the same time delivering great outcomes for the business by processing customer orders effectively and efficiently. Main responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all inquiries including but not limited to; pricing, parts, availability of stock, order enquires and much more
  • Entering sales order information into our internal databases
  • Reviewing customer orders ensuring they are correct, applying a high level of attention to detail
  • Liaise with customers in relations to purchase orders
  • Providing sales quotes via email to any customers

You will possess the following key attributes:

  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from various areas of our business, internally and externally
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and navigate between system and databases
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail and the ability to think two steps ahead.
  • Experienced working within a dynamic call centre or customer service environment with high volume order processing or previous internal/counter sales experience is preferred but not essential
