Job Description
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
• Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE technology solutions
• Provide hands on technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role
• Work with Functionals to write development specifications and interface with customers to test modifications and resolve any issues that arise
• Execute assigned tasks within a structured service environment and lead consultants in various service and project work streams
• Analyse customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions
• Responsible for completeness and quality of technical development
• Translate specified requirements into technical developments
• Responsible for FAT testing and documenting configuration and customisations in document templates and Azure DevOps

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to existing CE clients
• Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Provide technical guidance for requirements
• Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CE
• Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using Microsoft Dynamics CE, Power Platform and Azure technologies
• Be able to identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
• Understand the limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
• Create technical specifications
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CE applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
• Help develop high level project work plans
• Execute assigned responsibilities in a manner consistent with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd's Quality Management Policy.


Key Competencies
• CE core development, Power Automate, workflows, plugins and reports development
• Dynamics 365 for Sales, Service, Field Service and/or Power Platform experience essential. Power BI and Portals experience desirable
• Core programming languages - C#, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript
• Follows CE development and integration best practices
• Technical specifications documentation
• Data migration and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services
• SQL Reporting Services
• Azure knowledge a bonus
