What you'll be doing

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about playing a key role in building and evolving our global leadership development programs and processes to develop our current and future leaders, shape a culture of innovation and growth, and enhance our internal and external leadership brand. The Program Manager, Global Leadership Development will report to the Senior Director of Global Talent Management - Development. The role will be remote with a hybrid remote/ in office model to be determined. Candidates in the Dallas, TX area preferred with consideration for qualified candidates in other parts of the US.


In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and managing leadership programs and processes across the 70-20-10 spectrum for our executives, successors, hi-potentials and other levels of leadership. This includes internal customized programs, external best in class programs, leadership assessments, coaching and critical experience-based development programs. Gathering, analyzing and synthesizing data to inform our leadership development roadmap and strategy is also a key part of this role. Focus of the role will evolve as we build the function.

What you bring to the team:

• Extensive experience designing, developing, implementing and managing leadership development processes in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization
• Expertise - knowledge in best in class leadership development programs and approaches
• Scope includes the full spectrum of 70-20-10 leadership development (formal customized coursework, assessments, coaching, mentoring, experience-based development, rotations and other leadership development interventions)
• Partner with external vendors to select or develop programs, write proposals, negotiate and contract
• Facilitate senior level leadership development programs
• Analyze data to glean key insights, determine and synthesize into programs
• Communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner
• Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, and multi-task
• Design creatively
• Deal with ambiguity and simplify complexity
• Comfortable working in a virtual global team
• Highly collaborative, agile, solution and execution focused
• Project management - consulting background a plus
• 10 plus years experience in corporate HR, leadership development
• Bachelor's degree required, degree in IO Psychology and/ or Instructional Design, or a Masters degree a plus
