Job Purpose

Manage the commercial interface with the customer for OE and OES, taking into account the growth strategy of the company and ensuring profitability

Key Accountabilities& Key Activities

Communication

  • Sales interface with the customer
  • Build a trustful relationship with the customer
  • Communicate internally the customer's requirements to the different departments (purchasing, engineering, plants)
Execution

  • AOP/business plan: manage the European budget and coordinates the global budget (pricing, volumes, acquisition chance)
  • Realize the acquisitions at regional or global level as support to the Regional Chief Sales
  • Manage pricing data base and validate the customer orders together with the Regional Chief Sales
  • Manage the customer portal
  • Prototypes from offers to the customer to delivery and payment under functional responsibility of the Project Manager
  • Customer OTP recovery (tooling, R&D contribution... ) management for serial life
  • End Of Production management
  • Original Equipment Service (OES) management
Coordination

  • Tracks/Initiates ECR internally and externally until closure
  • Collect and consolidate logistic and packaging pricing data to be taken in account into the offer and during serial production
  • Option : support the project manager in negotiation and payments
Key Professional Competencies

  • Financials knowledge
  • Experience in automotive industry
  • Specific skills, depending on the vacancy
  • Fluent English level
  • Italian skills would be appreciated

Qualification & Experience
