About The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our service team in Muswellbrook in the role of Roster Supervisor. Working a 24 X 7 even time roster, in this dynamic position you will play a crucial role in supervising, coordinating and supporting the field service team to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction, safety and quality of work.

About You - The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Strong Safety Commitment - Proactive awareness of their own safety and of others around you
  • Leadership Experience - Ideally having worked in a supervisory or project management role within the mining or construction industries for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Qualifications - Trades qualification will be advantageous (mechanical or electrical)
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and superb communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively delegate, organise and prioritise tasks
  • Professional approach to your work with high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
