Job Purpose

Manage an operational business application domain worldwide (Purchasingand Supply Chain) and ensure alignment with Hitachi Astemo requirementsapproved by the Business Relationship Manager and the process owner.

Key Accountabilities& Key Activities

You're responsible for the technical realization of your projects and serve as the main point of contact for your Business counterpart. You guide customers through the entire project life cycle, which involves:

- Ability to develop Business processes and functional specifications for related domains

-Analyzingthe customer's planning challenges and advising them in choosing the best solution for their specific needs.

-Determining feasibleproject plansin collaboration with Business project managers.

-Findingcleverplanning solutionsin collaboration with our solution architects to ensure correct implementation.

-Implementingthe solution from start to finish, together with the customer's project team.

-Providingexpertisebefore, during, and after implementation.

-Trainingcustomers and helping them to get the most of their solution.

-Implementingour bi-directional SAP integration solution

Key Professional Competencies

  • Strong affinity for IT as you need to be willing to learn an entirely new software pacqkage
  • Understanding of non-IT business function and ability to communicate with non-IT people
  • Fluent English level

Qualification & Experience

Strong analytical skills, preferably complemented with a master's degree.

More than 3 years of experience in implementing supply chain planning software.
