Our NBSS team are a small, specialist group that provide technical and functional Application Management Support on a critical Cancer Screening Programme for our NHS end users across most of the UK.What you'll be doing
You'll be working with our Senior Business Analyst and a specialist team of developers, testers, support consultants and service managers largely on functional change management, writing specifications, facilitating/leading client workshops, capturing requirements (from small to complex). You'll also be working with third parties and end users to deliver required outcomes. Working collaboratively with the team as a whole to meet the needs of the Service. What you bring to the team Exceptional Communication skills:
both written and verbal, able to produce quality documentation, and process flows. Able to communicate and influence at all levels. Providing meaningful client and management reporting.Solid Requirements Analysis:
Able to dive into needs, consider options, explore, capture and present requirements. A technical understanding would be advantageous and/or a background in healthcare would be ideal.Strong Stakeholder Management:
The nature of the role means that business analysts spend a lot of time interacting with different business stakeholders, users, clients, management and developers. Ability to work well with others, confidence to share your thoughts and challenge where needed.Excellent Facilitation skills:
There are many ways to gather requirements and information from our stakeholders. Understanding which facilitation method to use at each moment for the type of change being done is key, able to lead and facilitate workshops ensuring that the pre and post work is done. Keeping promises and delivering to expected standards.Effective and Proven Problem Solving:
