Senior Researcher (3-Year Renewable Contract)

The Senior Researcher will work with the research teams in Singapore Office and within the region. The incumbent will support Hitachi Asia Ltd in creating new business model design to achieve our concept of Smart City that answer issues faced in Southeast Asia cities.

• Create new business model design for Hitachi Smart City Solutions

• Conduct research activities and perform Big Data Analytics using IoT and Image (CCTV Sensor) data

• With technical expertise, conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstration for real world application

• Able to create proposal documents and comfortable to do presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients

• Collaborate with global research & business teams and clients to conduct internal workshops

Requirements:

• Minimally a Master's Degree or PhD in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics field or other equivalent qualifications

• Minimally 2 years of relevant or similar work experiences in Data Analytics

• Have some experience in Image and Data Analytics

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning / Deep learning knowledge is preferred

• Good to have Project Management skills
