About the Opportunity

With strong growth in our parts divisions, our Muswellbrook branch is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the Internal Parts Sales team. In this role, you'll enjoy promoting and generating parts and service sales streams with the intention of exceeding set sales targets and striving for growth. You will partner with valued customers within the region and undertake customer machine inspections where you'll showcase your high capability and attention to detail to interpret their parts and service needs.

If you have a genuine desire to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers then this is the role for you! You will be well supported and working with our Parts & Service team to ensure the successful delivery of promised deadlines and OEM product lines.

  • Parts Sales Experience - demonstrated success in the construction or earthmoving industry is ideal with confident use of CRM and Microsoft Office in previous roles held
  • Autonomous productivity - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes
  • Personable and Professional Communication Skills - above all else, your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer success stories
