The Opportunity

Reporting to the Service Manager, the self-motivated Warranty Administrator will take ownership of the day-to-day administrative duties for our Dandenong South branch. You will be inquisitive by nature as you will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordination of the warranty process including opening work orders and closing warranty claims.
  • Maintaining and ensuring all warranty claims, documents and contracts are registered in the system.
  • Manage Warranty parts storage and ensure that warranty storage area is neat and tidy.
  • Opening, preparing and invoicing of work orders for both internal and external customers.
  • Compile monthly reports on warranty expense by work order and claim justifying abnormal expense.
  • Participate in QA internal audits and WHS documentation.
  • Action ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Extensive experience within a service orientated administrative role
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Professional approach to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • High attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office, including Word and Excel
