The Opportunity

HCA is looking to appoint an experienced and highly skilled individual to promote and grow Parts and Service sales through the development of new and existing customers in the Perth Metro and South West region.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager your duties will include:

  • Managing customer accounts to meet Parts and Service sales targets
  • Cold calling, developing presentations for and negotiating with new contacts
  • Efficiently manage customer base and territory to maximize coverage
  • Perform accurate machine inspections highlighting machine condition, opportune and planned maintenance
  • Reporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities & competitor activity

To be successful you will need:

  • An understanding of Parts and Service in an OEM or similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
  • Sound mechanical knowledge of construction equipment
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Clear business level communication and presentation skills
