The Opportunity

Hitachi's Emerald branch has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Storeperson to join our Parts Warehousing team. Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, you will be involved in the coordination and logistics behind the supply of quality parts to our much-loved customer base. You will focus on providing a range of OEM level services from receiving and dispatching parts and equipment, to stock coordination, invoicing and customer query management.

About You

To be successful, you will have a positive work attitude and be driven to fulfil the team's objective. You will also:

  • Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
  • Have a strong focus on customer service, committed to delivering Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction
  • Be self-motivated with a willingness to learn our processes and product, learning from and working as part of a cohesive team
  • Take responsibility for your own actions, governing one's self with unwavering ethics and integrity
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail with intermediate computer skills
  • Previous warehousing experience and a forklift license is preferred but not essential.
