Roles & Responsibilities:

To handle full spectrum of Japanese expatriate management in HAS-TH.

Personnel change management (new assignment, succession, repatriation)

  • Manage personnel changes for expatriate and overseas trainee in collaboration with heads of business department, Head Quarter in Japan, and Regional Head Quarter in Singapore.

Administrate day to day tasks related expatriate and overseas trainee

  • Administrate following tasks followed by International Assignment Policy (IAP) in Hitachi Group.
  • Global mobility support (VISA/Work Permit) in collaboration with G&A team.
  • Onboarding and Repatriation support.
  • Support for Personnel expenses budget and Monthly Payroll operation (Salary, Allowance (i.e. Housing, Education, Commuting etc.), tax calculation)
  • Administration of Employees Self Service system to update and maintain employee data on company HRIS system.

Support for expatriate policy planning in Thailand.

  • Support for policy planning to keep competitiveness and reflect market changes through providing market date etc. in collaboration with HQ and RHQ.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3 years of working experiences in Human Resources, especially Japanese Expat support.
  • Thai person who can speak and write/read in both English and Japanese. (N2 above)
  • Computer skills i.e., MS. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. Experience in using global HRIS such as Workday will be advantages.
  • Service Mind, Good interpersonal and communication skills
