Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d)

In this position you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of a sustainable, regional leadership and talent development concept for Hitachi Astemo Europe. You help to achieve our diversity targets, embrace diversity and create an environment where all colleagues feel included. You will be reporting to the Head of HR Europe/ Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager.

Key Accountabilities & Activities

Learning & Development

  • Develop and lead regional programs to support specific business needs
  • Support implementation of global programs in the region
  • Identification of short- and mid-term development needs, requirements and demands in close collaboration with the business leader and HR Business partners
  • Monitor budget, quality and sustainability of learning & development tools

Talent Review Activities

  • Monitor and facilitate talent review and succession planning process across the region; support individual development plans as requested by the business
  • Facilitate Performance review process across the region

Employee Engagement

  • Drive communication and employee engagement survey analysis at the regional level
  • Support regional and potentially local action plans

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Support Global Diversity & Inclusion manager by providing D&I data analysis, closely collaborating with the region, conducting research
  • Manager global D&I calendar
  • Support global D&I projects as needed

Your Profile

  • Bachelor in Economics or similar ideally with a focus in HR or Organizational Development
  • 3+ years experience in learning and organizational development
  • Passion for Diversity & Inclusion
  • Ability to work independently as well as strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Structure and diligent way of working
  • Inquisitive, and independent attitude to work
