What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:

• Must have strong work experience in a HRSS environment,
• Good understanding of HR systems and their application to advance efficiency of operations.
• Including HR ticketing solutions and other HRMS systems.
• Good leadership skills with experience of effectively coaching, developing high performing teams in a customer service environment is needed.
• Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
• Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
• Reviewing and approving or modifying budgets
• Ability to work individually with little guidance and work effectively in group settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work at all levels within the Company.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change.
• Good Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
• Team management skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
