Job Description

As a Senior Manager/Director of Marketing Programs, you will be responsible for leading Hitachi Solutions' integrated lead generation strategy and campaign execution that results in qualified leads, increased pipeline, revenue growth and brand awareness. This role will manage a team of Integrated Marketing Managers responsible for planning, implementing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns through paid channels, driving engagement, and generating marketing qualified leads for our sales team. Key channels include paid search, paid social, sponsored events/webinars/content, email marketing, and alliance partners.

  • Oversee and drive demand generation to support revenue objectives of growing existing base and acquiring new customers
  • Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include but are not limited to ABM strategies, demand generation email campaigns/nurtures, field events, user events, industry events, webinars, and digital marketing
  • Proactively seek opportunities to evolve program performance through new program ideas, A/B testing, and/or additional optimization techniques
  • Measure and manage conversion rates throughout the funnel, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Convert traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and content
  • Working closely with our digital marketing and content teams, develop content and coordinated campaigns based on keyword research
  • Optimize our lead nurturing processes
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to meet revenue targets


Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-years' experience working within marketing B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider
  • Experience leading a virtual, cross-team collaborative environment supporting matrixed go-to-market execution
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders including sales, subject matter experts, services, and product/technology development
  • 5+ years marketing automation power user experience (Microsoft, Pardot, Hubspot, or Marketo)
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of multi-touch, omni-channel marketing program design, creation and implementation
  • Natural problem-solver: comfortable with complexity and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and engage meaningfully on the big picture or overall strategy
  • Proactive and passionate: independently solving conceptual problems, and delivering results in challenging situations

• High-energy, team-first attitude: motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
  • Masters in Marketing (preferred)
