This is a long-term temporary role that will be paid by a 3rd party employment agency.
This position would be expected to work from home (remote) in one of the following geographic areas: Hillsboro, OR (preferred), Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX.

The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for providing services and support to assist the Human Resources team and the Semiconductor Equipment Division (SED) in their talent sourcing/recruitment efforts and meet critical hiring objectives. This position will be responsible for sourcing and attracting key quality talent for a variety of positions and levels within the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively recruit, source, and attract qualified candidates using a variety of talent acquisition methods, both conventional and creative, to build a robust candidate pipeline utilizing a variety of resources such as social media, college recruitment platforms/university relations, internet job boards, professional and industry contacts/networks, association memberships/trade groups etc.
Build networks to find and attract talent through industry contacts
Apply strategy and innovative approach to passive candidate engagement
Cultivate and establish relationships with Human Resources team and hiring managers (as needed/applicable) to understand the function of the company, positions, and business needs to consider strategy in talent sourcing.
Represent the company as a brand ambassador while engaging with potential candidates and establishing excellent relationships and experiences
Manage talent sourcing/recruitment metrics and provide status reports regarding outreach/sourcing activities for open positions to the Human Resources team and business division/hiring managers (as needed/applicable)
Ensure that recruitment and talent sourcing activities are performed in accordance with Company’s mission, values and in compliance with applicable legal requirements, established policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
PHR/SPHR/GPHR or similar certification a plus but not required.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 4 years of in-depth talent sourcing and recruitment experience
Experience utilizing variety of talent sourcing methods/avenues/platforms such as social media, college recruitment/university relations, online job boards, professional and industry networking.
Experience with sourcing for a variety of positions/levels such as management, sales/account positions, technical/engineering positions.
Current knowledge of semiconductor industry and recruitment trends
Experience utilizing Workday is a plus but not required

Working knowledge of recruitment techniques such as candidate screening and evaluation methods based on the business need and requirements of the position

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and navigation/utilization of various online platforms/talent sourcing systems.
Deep understanding and proficiency in talent sourcing methods and sourcing platforms/avenues/professional networks
Ability to devise sourcing strategies to attract potential candidates
Deep knowledge of current talent sourcing/recruiting trends and best practices
Working knowledge of recruitment process flow/cycles and applicant tracking/HRIS systems
Ability to perform as a brand ambassador and represent the company in a professional manner that supports our core values and company mission
Has demonstrated the ability to effectively promote and attract key talent
