We are the Total Rewards team of Hitachi Vantara responsible for a holistic framework of financial and non-financial rewards that reflects our strategy to attract, motivate, and retain employees. Compensation is a specialized area of Rewards focusing on compensation design, management, and analysis.What you'll be doing
You will be involved in Compensation program design such as salary and incentive structures, pay policy, etc. Compensation plan management such as changes to base pay, short-term and long-term incentives, allowances, deferred compensation, sales compensation, etc . Compensation evaluation and analysis including job analysis, evaluation and classification, survey participation, policy, and benefits benchmark and review. Rewards Communication and Vendor management.What you bring to the team
