This role is a part of Digital Infrastructure Integrated Operations and collaborates across functions and teams to support Services Business and users of Professional Services Automations Tool (PSA). The purpose of this role is to work on improvement initiatives and updates of processes and PSA Tool - help define, facilitate, monitor, and maintain sustainable results to support building out higher-performing teams, operations, and services. Services Process Governance Analyst's role is to identify key gaps and process inefficiencies, ensure that all impacted areas are identified, appropriate resources are engaged to participate in the process review and its change, whereas process documentation is maintained and compliant with company policies and procedures across the teams using Professional Services Automation tool.

What you'll be doing
  • Review of PSA Tool Updates list (~twice yearly) and have conversation with other PSA Tool SPOCs about if the update is needed for the specific users, what are the benefits and implications for system users and business, prepare the cases for testing
  • Drive compliance during implementation of enhancements through maintaining and amending processes and job aids; communicate changes when occur in PSA Tool Newsletter
  • Review/maintain Quote to Cash process in Promap, and PSA Tool User Forum content & library
  • Attend meetings as PSA Tool SME to provide support and feedback on PSA Tool functionality and procedures; this will include root cause analysis, proposing and testing countermeasures
  • Review of performance metrics, to evaluate delivery of service and optimize operational productivity; influence cross-functional systems effectiveness
  • Elevates critical business decisions to the appropriate PSA Tool SPOCs, teams and/or functional managers, promoting efficient practices across the services; strengthen interlock with business partners


What you bring to the team

  • An ability to work autonomously and build sustainable business partnerships at various organizational levels
  • Resilience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, high attention to the details
  • An ability to think creatively and work consistently to identify any process improvement opportunities, proactively work on simplification of daily operations
  • Experience or knowledge of services operations, business analysis and services tools (SFDC, Kimble PSA) preferred
  • You are excellent communicator (written and verbal) in English
